Clemson Paver Patio Replaces Old Playground

A father had just replaced his child’s playground setup (now that they are grown up) with a handsome outdoor deck, but quickly realized that the space adjacent to it was missing something. He decided to call Cochran Landscape to install a quality Clemson paver patio. Cochran Landscape was contacted recently by a company in South Carolina. The company wanted the landscaping around their building improved, so it looked beautiful and attractive for their clients and customers. They called us for our quality SC landscape design and landscaping services. The Cochran Landscape team met with the company owners to walk through their current landscaping and get an idea on what they were wanting done with their landscaping.

The owners tasked us with grooming some trees and foliage on a section of their corporate campus and to make sure all the current plants, flowers, and trees were healthy. The Cochran Landscaping crew arrived the following morning and started examining all the plants, flowers, and trees. We determined that they were all in good shape and were all healthy, then the crew started grooming the trees and the overgrown foliage that was on the property. The crew was able to get all the landscaping done at the end of the week, then cleaned up all the limbs, leaves, and debris. We left a message for the owners as we didn’t want to interrupt their business to let them know that we had finished the project. Once everyone saw the amazing landscaping that Cochran Landscape had provided they were very proud of a job well done. Piedmont Outdoor Lighting Installed for Gardener

Recently, Cochran Landscape was contacted by an avid gardener in Piedmont. The avid gardener wanted to be able to watch some of the activity outside by her beloved garden at night. She called us to have some quotes given on outdoor lighting in Piedmont, and we were able to suggest some beautiful fixtures that would complement her hard work and dedication.

We met with the lady at her Piedmont home. She was thrilled to show us her garden. She showed us each plant and flower she had planted and we could tell immediately that she had really loved and enjoyed working in her garden. We showed the homeowner different outdoor lighting options, which included LED, low voltage, solar panel, and even spotlights that would showcase her garden. Our designers showed her how we could situate the lighting, so that they would feature some of her favorite plants, then we suggested adding a water fountain fixture that would look amazing in her garden area. Greer Landscape Service Revitalizes Curb Appeal

A new homeowner had replaced some unattractive spaces on her front yard with spacers where plants and flowers could be placed, but the homeowner realized that he was much better at construction and demolition than having a green thumb, because the plants and flowers quickly died. He asked a few of his neighbors who he should call for Greer landscape services and they all said Cochran Landscape. The homeowner called us and was pleased with what we could offer and, of course the end result.

The Cochran Landscape team arrived at the Greer residence and the homeowner showed us his current landscaping. He said he wanted to make the landscaping attractive, but also easy to manage. We gave the homeowner a variety of options with plants, flowers, and outdoor lighting that would be an added curb appeal to his new home purchase. The customer selected what he wanted done, then scheduled our team to return first thing the following morning, which they did. The crew went to work beautifying the landscaping by adding colorful plants and flowers, then we added outdoor lighting around a few of the plants and the walkway. The homeowner watched in delight, then we our team was finished the customer said it looked outstanding. We let the homeowner know that we could keep his landscaping beautiful year round with just a little maintenance and he happily agreed. Easley Paver Patio is Finishing Touch on Outdoor Space

Recently, Cochran Landscaping was contacted by an Easley attorney. The attorney was wanting to set up a nice outdoor space for grilling and dining after he just bought a fancy new grill. He called us and our crew provided him designs for an Easley paver patio set up for his space. The lawyer was impressed with our designs and selected the type of design that he wanted for his outdoor space and our crew was scheduled to start the following day, because the attorney was planning on a big get together on Saturday and wanted the patio to be finished before then.

The Cochran Landscaping crew started getting the area ready for the paver patio. The crew made sure that the pavers would be laid precisely, so the patio would be level and even. A day later the pavers were in place and the patio was completed. The office called the customer to let him know that his patio was done and he could start using it immediately. When the customer returned home he was taken back on how wonderful his patio looked, but there was one problem. He had to purchase new patio furniture, because he said with the new pavers his old furniture just didn’t look as good. He didn’t mind, because he was thrilled that he had a patio that he had always wanted. The customer had his get together on Saturday and everyone complimented him on his paver patio. Gardener Seeks Best Retaining Wall Design SC Offers

A gardener was setting up some new planters. The gardener had been wanting to build out new structures for an intricate yard, so he started calling several companies to inquire about their services, but with Cochran Landscaping after we interpreted his goals into a great SC retaining wall design. The Cochran Landscaping designers went over several designs and ideas with the customer, so we could take his idea and turn it into something spectacular. The customer was impressed with the retaining walls that we showed him and decided to go with that.

The Cochran Landscaping team went to work on the retaining wall using the materials that the customer had requested. The team worked until the retaining wall was constructed. The customer immediately fell in love with the way the yard turned out and then asked the team about outdoor lighting, so he could showcase his plants and his new retaining wall. A lady came to see Cochran Landscape recently to inquire about an outdoor fountain. The lady was a Liberty realtor who had sold a house and wanted to celebrate her big sell by improving her own yard. She came to Cochran Landscape for a Liberty outdoor fountain that would shine and sparkle throughout the year. The realtor was prepared when she came to see us as she had already measured the space at her home where she wanted to have the fountain, which made our job a bit easier.

Quality Time for Married Couple Benefits from Landscaping in Piedmont

Cochran Landscape received a call from a homeowner in Piedmont. The homeowner is a Piedmont notary that spent long hours away from his home and wife. When he would get home the couple would like to share a glass of wine together, but they wanted to do this outside in their yard. The wife wanted a backyard swinging chair, but the husband didn’t want to purchase one of those metal swings that always rust. This led him to call Cochran Landscape to have Piedmont landscaping services performed so that space for the chair would be available.

The Cochran Landscape team arrived at the home and looked over the space that the couple was wanting the backyard swinging chair to be located. One of the big Oak trees in the backyard would be a perfect location, but the tree would need a bit of pruning and trimming. Our customer’s wife decided she would like to have some plants added around the base of the tree. The Cochran Landscape team gave the couple an estimate and the couple was thrilled with it. Our crew was scheduled to start the landscaping Monday morning. Within a few days the tree was trimmed and pruned and the plants were added. Our crew hung the backyard swinging chair for the couple. When the husband returned home from a hectic busy day he was greeted by his wife holding a glass of wine and they went to enjoy their new chair. The landscaping was done excellently and the couple are happy with their new backyard space.
